I was having lunch the other day with an editor friend, and it dawned on me that I should refer him to you. Claude Saucier is one of the best editors/copyeditors/proofreaders I know---no small feat, indeed! He proofed and edited training documents, among many other things besides, for CHANEL, where I've been a editorial consultant the last 2 years. He is also a writer, and all around a terrific man.
